The short version
- This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics, ads or tracking. That is why you will not see a cookie banner here.
- YouTube videos only load after you press “Play video”, and you decide whether we remember that choice.
- The app needs a nickname, and an email address if you create an account. We use them to run the game.
- The free app shows ads. In the EU and UK you decide in the app whether they may be personalised.
- You can delete your account at any time, in the app or at easy.poker/delete-account.
1. Who is responsible
EasyPoker ApS is the data controller for the EasyPoker app and the easy.poker website.
This policy tells you what we collect and why. It is information, not a contract: you do not have to agree to it, and nothing in it limits your rights under the GDPR.
2. What we collect in the app
Nickname
Shown to other players at the table and on leaderboards.
Email and password
If you create an account, used to sign you in, reset your password and answer you. Passwords are never stored in readable form.
Game data
Chips, hands, statistics, rankings, purchases and settings, so the game works and your progress is saved.
IP address and country
Used to connect you to a nearby game server, to protect the service against abuse, and to show a country flag next to your name. We never use GPS or precise location.
Voice chat
Live voice is passed between players in real time and never recorded. We count the seconds you speak for the daily allowance. Push-to-talk voice messages are deleted automatically after at most 15 minutes.
Device and diagnostics
Device model, operating system, app version and technical logs when something goes wrong, so we can fix it.
Notifications
If you allow notifications, a push token from Apple or Google so we can send you the notifications you have allowed.
You can delete your account and the data linked to it at any time from your profile in the app (“Delete account”) or at easy.poker/delete-account.
3. Services we use in the app
These providers help us run, monetise and maintain the app. Each one only gets the data it needs for its job.
Supabase
Hosts our database and player accounts.
Microsoft PlayFab
Game backend services for older accounts.
Google Play Services
Used for Android platform functionality and related app services.
Apple and Google push services
Deliver the notifications you have allowed.
RevenueCat
Manages subscriptions and purchases. Payments are handled by Apple and Google; we never see your card details.
Unity
Game technology, and ad mediation through Unity LevelPlay.
AdMob
Used for advertising and related monetization features.
Used for platform, analytics, advertising, or related app services.
AppLovin
Used for advertising and app monetization services.
Vungle
Used for advertising and app monetization services.
The ad networks above may use identifiers on your device to show and measure ads. If you are in the EU, EEA, UK or Switzerland, the app asks for your consent before ads may be personalised, and you can change your choice at any time under “Privacy choices” in the app’s menu. On iOS, ads are only personalised across apps if you allow tracking when iOS asks.
4. Our website
easy.poker is built to collect as little as possible.
Server logs
Like every website, our web host, Simply.com in Denmark, receives your IP address, the page you ask for, your browser type and the time. This is needed to deliver the page and protect the site against attacks. We do not use these logs to identify or profile visitors, and the host keeps them only for a limited period.
YouTube videos
Some pages have videos hosted on YouTube. Nothing from YouTube loads until you press play and then “Play video”. Only then does your browser connect to YouTube (Google Ireland Ltd.), which receives your IP address and may store cookies or similar data on your device. We use YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode to limit this.
If you tick “Always play YouTube videos without asking”, we remember that in your browser’s local storage. It never leaves your device, and you can withdraw it here:

Support form
When you use the support form, we receive your name, email address, message, the details you pick, any attachments and your IP address. The form emails this to our support inbox so we can answer you. To stop spam, we keep a scrambled (hashed) form of your IP address for one hour.
Account deletion requests
The deletion form takes your email address, an optional reason and your IP address. We email you a confirmation link. If you do not open it within 24 hours, the request is deleted automatically. Once you confirm, we delete the account and its data within 30 days and email you when it is done. To stop abuse, we keep a hashed form of your IP address for one hour.
Password reset
The password reset page sends your new password straight to our account provider, Supabase, over an encrypted connection. Nothing is stored in your browser.
5. Why we are allowed to use your data
- To provide the app and your account (GDPR art. 6(1)(b)): your nickname, email, game data, voice chat and purchases.
- Our legitimate interests (art. 6(1)(f)): keeping the service secure and free of abuse, server logs, spam protection, connecting you to a nearby server, fixing bugs and answering support requests. You can object to this at any time.
- Your consent (art. 6(1)(a)): personalised ads, notifications and YouTube videos on the website. You can withdraw consent at any time; this does not affect what happened before.
- Legal obligations (art. 6(1)(c)): keeping accounting records of purchases as Danish bookkeeping law requires.
6. How long we keep it
- Account and game data: as long as your account exists, and deleted within 30 days after you ask us to delete it.
- Live voice: never stored. Push-to-talk voice messages: at most 15 minutes.
- Support emails: as long as we need them to help you and handle follow-up questions.
- Unconfirmed deletion requests: 24 hours.
- Hashed IP addresses used against spam: one hour.
- Website server logs: a limited period set by our host.
- Purchase records: as long as Danish bookkeeping law requires, currently five years.
7. Who sees your data
Other players see your nickname, country flag, statistics and what you say in chat or voice chat at your table.
We share data only with the providers that help us run EasyPoker, such as hosting, database, game servers, email, payments and ads, and only as far as they need. Providers working on our behalf may only use the data for that work.
Some providers are based in, or process data in, countries outside the EU/EEA, such as the United States. Those transfers are protected by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses. Our game servers are in Europe, North America and Asia, and you are usually connected to the one nearest you.
8. Your rights
Access
Get a copy of the data we hold about you.
Correction
Have wrong data corrected.
Deletion
Have your data deleted, with no reason needed.
Restriction
Ask us to pause using your data while a question is settled.
Portability
Get the data you gave us in a machine-readable format.
Objection
Object to uses based on our legitimate interests, and withdraw any consent.
To use any of these rights, email allin@easy.poker. It is free, and we answer within one month. We may ask you to write from the email address on your account so we know the request is really from you.
If you think we handle your data wrongly, please tell us first so we can put it right. You can also complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet), Carl Jacobsens Vej 35, 2500 Valby, datatilsynet.dk, or to the data protection authority where you live.
9. Security
We value your trust in providing us your personal information, and we strive to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure and reliable.
For that reason, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Links to Other Sites
EasyPoker may contain links to other sites. If you click a third-party link, you will be directed to that site. These external sites are not operated by us.
We strongly advise you to review the privacy policies of any websites or services you visit. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for third-party content, privacy policies, or practices.
11. Children’s Privacy
EasyPoker does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age.
If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete it from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you believe your child has provided personal information, please contact us so we can take the necessary action.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we post the new version on this page and change the date at the top.
